After 40 years in our San Jose home, my husband and I listed our home with Erik in July 2018. We worked together with Erik, as he explained everything to us in detail. Erik was upfront with everything and kept us informed from inspections, Open House, buyers and close of Escrow. Erik took the time to do research our area to make sure he was listing our home at the correct price. Our home sold within a few weeks of being on the market.
