We had not sold a house in a long time. His advice on what to fix and what not to fix was on target. We were impressed that he had a thoughtful strategy positioning the property. He was hands on. He has good contacts with developers. He gave us good advice on setting a price and negotiating that paid off. His marketing team is also very professional. The staging and photography was very thoughtful and on target. He gets an 11 out of 10.
