Erik Flexner is outstanding! He really knows the Larchmont/Windsor Square/Hancock Park area -- that's his focus. He gave us great advice and was a patient teacher. Erik gave my brother and I excellent advice. I asked questions and he did not hesitate in explaining why we should do certain things. He always responded when I texted or called him in the middle of a pandemic. He kept us informed on the status of the work being done, clean-up, inspections and escrow.
