Honestly Erik did an amazing job. He’s really down to earth, and is very approachable. He is great as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. The only qualm I have is with the buyer’s lender in which Erik had no power over. He was in constant contact with me and the attorney and with the buyers agent to try and expedite the process. Very satisfied with Erik!

If it had not been for Erik who continued to search for a property long after we had said we were going to take a break, we wouldn’t have gotten this place. We are so happy that Erik knew what we wanted and notified us as soon as this listing came up. Thank you Erik! You are the best.

Not only did he understood my immediate needs but he always went above and beyond to provide me the necessary information to be well informed about my purchasing decision. He was also extremely dependable whenever any issue arise and was always available when I need him regardless of hours. I highly recommended him if you are thinking about a possible home purchase.

My husband and I meet Erik through his mother, Marisa, who is also a realtor. We immediately liked him. He was around our age, easy to talk to, and worked really hard to make sure the house we bought, which is our first, was perfect for us. My husband and I loved how quickly Erik responded to our questions, and we had a lot of them, and how much he really seemed to care that we bought a house that was right for us. Before we met Erik other realtors we worked with seemed to only be interested in getting a sale, not Erik. Every house we looked at he would not only point out the good points of the house but also told us about potential negative aspects of it as well and that really helped us as first time home buyers. Don't let the fact that he is new to the industry sway you. He was very knowledgeable and if he happened to not know an answer to one of our questions he was sure to ask his mom who is a very experienced realtor. I would definitely recommend Erik as a realtor.
