Quiet guy....but listens very well. Our house was sold before the sign went up with a full price contract. Unfortunately the buyer could not acquire financing. Discouraged we started unpacking and putting pictures back on the walls. Within two weeks we had another full price contract and closed the deal in aprox. 30 days, I think it had something to do with the Great pictures taken!
