My husband and I were looking for a home in Florida while we lived in another state. He is disabled and out of work which made the process of finding a home tricky. I had some very rocky and bad experiences with other agents and I was losing hope to ever be able to find a home—and then I found Erica. After one phone call of explaining to her our very unique situation (and realizing we have the same last name 😅) , I knew that we found the right person to help us find a home. She worked so hard to find my husband and I a home that matched all of our needs (which was a lot!). With other agents it felt like they didn’t have our backs, like we were just a quick sale to them. Erica is completely opposite of that. If she visited a home and knew it wasn’t a good fit-she told us that. She wants to see everyone do well. She knew that we only had one shot to get a home and she made sure it was going to count. She is the most kind and genuine person. She is so knowledgeable and made sure that she informed us of every single thing when it came to purchasing the home. She’s down to earth and very easy to talk to. I truly believe that if it wasn’t for Erica we would be stuck in a state that we were miserable in. We finally have our fresh start and we are so incredibly happy. Anyone who gets Erica as an agent is blessed. I cannot say enough good things about her. My husband and I are so thankful to have gotten a chance to know her and work with her. I would recommend her to everyone! 15/10 experience!
