Let me begin with superlatives--and I'm going to end there too. Erica is literally the best Real Estate agent I've ever encountered--and that covers a 50 year history of buying and selling houses. Firstly, she is THOUGHTFUL. Thoughtful and considerate of our time, our interests and our sense of wellbeing. Selling a home is stressful. It's full of compromises where no one wants to compromise. Do I take less money to sell quickly, or hold on and risk missing all the buyers. How much do I invest in the sale process, like staging or repairs, though I have no guarantee of any return. Erica guided us smoothly through those decisions and many more. Secondly she is HARD WORKING. I was literally astonished by how much work Erica put into helping us sell our house. We were out of state when the process began and Erica jumped in to get our sale started and keep it moving until we could be there in person. And all that involved scores of hours. Thirdly she is utterly COMPETENT. There is no benefit in being industrious if one is not doing the right things. In guiding us through our transaction from beginning to end, Erica never faltered. Her knowledge is encyclopedic but she's always willing to consult other professionals to improve her skills. Finally, the proof of the transaction is in the outcome. True we were selling in what is almost universally regarded as a "hot" market, but our house would not easy to sell in any market. Despite that, we had a completely satisfactory offer in only a couple of days, which was over our ask and absent any buyer-imposed contingencies. In addition, Erica did not stop working for our success. She lined up a second, backup, and identical offer lest the buyer drop out for any reason. As I said, thoughtful, hardworking and competent. Additionally the buyers Erica secured are delightful people, and we leave our community content to know that they have acquired excellent neighbors. Erica Hendricks equals EXCELLENCE!
