Erica coordinated a challenging home buying process- we were in Hawaii while purchasing in Shalimar. To make it even more complicated, every walkthrough was coordinated while I was away for work requiring a third time zone to be involved. She takes the time to explain anything you have questions about making sure you fully understand what is going on. She also works at every turn to make sure that you’re getting every single thing possible in your favor. Impossible to have a higher recommendation.

Erica was very responsive. Always available to answer all questions about selling and buying a home able to close on both the same day. After the transactions Erica is still available answering or getting answers to questions.
