Erica is very dedicated to her clients' success. We first met her 5+ years ago when she was helping our daughter purchase her house. We were impressed at that time by how knowledgeable she was, and how hard she worked. We have worked with her for 3+ years in our search for the perfect house. We are pretty particular, but she cheerfully stayed with us through all our exploring. Erica is very thorough and knows real estate processes and procedures in and out. She takes the time to make sure the client is fully up to speed with relevant information, and does so in a timely way. She works very hard for her clients, and is a great (and honest) negotiator. She also has an amazing base of contacts to draw on in case her clients need assistance with particular items, such as home inspection, repairs, etc. And she's very friendly all the while - always upbeat and positive. In sum, Erica is a joy to work with in every regard.
