Erica is very dedicated to her clients' success. We first met her 5+ years ago when she was helping our daughter purchase her house. We were impressed at that time by how knowledgeable she was, and how hard she worked. We have worked with her for 3+ years in our search for the perfect house. We are pretty particular, but she cheerfully stayed with us through all our exploring. Erica is very thorough and knows real estate processes and procedures in and out. Erica went above and beyond helping my husband and I buy our first home. Being new to the area, we didn't know where to start.
