She answered almost every phone call i had. If she couldnt answer the phone she would respond to a text message quickly. She helped have my seller pay for certain things. Whenever i wanted to do house viewings she was also avaliable on a holiday for a house tour. She made the process very simplistic i loved it.

She was honest, professional, and always had my best interests in mind. I felt supported every step of the way and appreciated how proactive she was in keeping me informed and making sure everything stayed on schedule. Buying a home can be stressful, but Rachel made the process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially first-time homebuyers.

Erica was amazing throughout the whole process! She communicated and checked in with us consistently and was very helpful and honest when it came to numbers and the budget we needed to stay in! She made the process super easy even when it seemed overwhelming!

What wasn’t she great about??! Hands down would recommend her to every single person out there! Will always refer her and use her in the future! Honestly wouldn’t go to another one! She fought tooth and nail for us in all the ups and downs! She is always in such good spirits and a bright light in the dark!! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and knows many ins and outs that you would never think of! We couldn’t be more grateful for her! She is very honest and knows what was best for us even if at the time we didn’t think so. If you want someone who actually cares and doesn’t look at you like another dollar sign.
