Erica is AWESOME!!

Where to begin…right off the top…Erica is AWESOME!! She helped sell my parent’s house in Killeen even though my husband and I lived in the Dallas area. She kept in contact with us, letting us know what was going on with the offers coming in. She was able to answer all of the questions and addressed any concerns that we had. She helped find repair businesses for items that needed to be repaired within the house and recommended a great cleaning person. When it came time to pick an offer, she met with us to discuss the offers and the process. She was very helpful as she listened to us discuss who we felt was a better fit for the house. This house was my parent’s home for over 30 yrs and I did not want it to go to a person who was just going to flip the house. One of the offers that came was a perfect fit and Erica agreed (after I had already made the decision) that I made the right choice. After the sell was completed, she followed up to ensure that I had felt comfortable with the choice and that I was doing ok with the sell. You may ask why, it was because we lost my dad in 2012 and we had just lost my mom in January of 2021, so she knew this was a hard step for me. Erica was recommended to us by friends that are realtors as well and I say they make an AWESOME recommendation. I recommend Erica as a great realtor to use for either selling or buying a home.
