Buying a new house can be a stressful process but I was blessed to be able to have Erica McPhail as my realtor from CENTEX Priority Real Estate, to guide me through the entire process with ease. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and has a great sense of humor, which is very calming when unpredictable situations arise.
