I found Erica to be an extremely attentive agent, almost as if I were her only customer, although I know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls, emails and texts within minutes the same day, and was thoughtful in her responses which was extremely helpful during negotiations. She is highly personable with an engaging personality. She is hands down the best in the business and would be my first choice if I need an agent in the future.
