Erica was an amazing realtor! We were so lucky to have her helping us buy our very first home! We were looking at homes every single day multiple times a day since houses were being bought up so quickly and when we found a house we liked and wanted to see she was so quick to respond and be willing to meet us to go look at the house. We also had tons of questions throughout the entire buying process and she answered all of our questions in a very simple manner so that we understood even the complicated details of the process. Erica was also a master negotiator when it came to the house inspection and requesting that the seller either repair or credit us for repairs on the many different things the inspector said we should fix and the seller agreed to everything we asked them to fix because Erica pushed to make that happen! Best of all, our offer was accepted without even a counter offer because of the advice from our realtor, and the selling agent even commented that out of 7 other offers on the table pitted against ours that one of the major reasons she accepted our offer was that she liked how Erica worked and trusted that she would go through with the entire process and closing of the house, and we surely did. I would recommend Erica to anybody interested in buying or selling a house!!
