I was clueless on the whole idea of what to do to sell a house. Erica was awesome in detailing everything we needed to do from how to determine market value, prepare the house to show and everything need for the final closing. She did a great job of researching the area to determine the optimum price to put it on the market. She answered every question ( and I had a lot ), kept in touch with us to keep us informed as to what was happening and when, handled all our requests of the buyer and their agent and did all of this with true professionalism. Erica made the entire process very easy to understand and navigate. My wife and I highly recommend Erica to anyone in need of a Realtor.
