Erica is the BEST of the best. Initially, she reached out to me but my roommate already had another agent. I had a feeling about her but let my roommate persuade me to use our other option, which didn't do us any great favors. Eventually Erica messaged me a few weeks later asking if I was successful in finding a home, and I let her know my disappointment and asked her to use her services again.She was consistently graceful, eloquent, and on top of things all of the time. She always fought for me and always made sure everything was in order. She was there at every low moment to reassure me that my forever home was out there and that we'd find it soon - sure enough, she was right. She helped me make a choice that will positively change my life forever, I'll be engaged in this home, married in it, have children there and more - I couldn't thank Erica enough for that. I could not recommend her more, you will NOT regret it.

Ms Batista is very personable but also the utmost professional..There were many issues regarding this home purchase due to the current pandemic, and she put my interest first and foremost so that I could purchase this home. I will highly recommended Ms Batista and the Edwards Group; with also high regards to Ms Teresa Koch!!!!!!!!????????????

Thanks to Erica purchasing my first house was less stressful than expected. She was always available at any time of the day, and was able to meet up at moments notice. she was very knowledgeable of the process and things that first time buyers are not really aware of. Nevertheless, we were able to find a beautiful home thanks to Erica. I would definitely recommend her!
