This was my second home purchased with the help of Eric White. The market was super competitive the first time I purchased in South Tampa in 2005 and even more competitive and ultra fast paced when purchasing this time around in Lutz in 2021. We also talked through strategies and he was able to have offers drafted within hours of saying “go” which is crucial in this current market where inventory is low and the number of offers is high. Eric was able to find us a great home and helped us negotiate a fair price which ended up being $90k under the original listing price and if you are active in this current market, I assure you that is unheard of as every other house was going for 10-25k over ask.
