I stayed in touch with Eric and when we finally decided to move forward, I did a walk through of the home with Eric. He was honest, knowledgeable and realistic. He didn't paint an unrealistic picture of what "could happen". He was pretty much dead on with his assessment and advice. I entertained 2 other agents and could not have gotten away from them faster - rushed, disorganized, almost like they didn't know if they were on foot or horseback. We sold our home in what ended up being a rather tough time for the market. I consider Eric a friend and would recommend him to anyone I know.
