The best realtor EVER! Eric did not miss a beat during selling and buying of our home. He listens well. He was there responding to texts or calls from wee hours of the night and weekends. Everything went well because he clearly loves what he does and his clients are every thing to him. After we moved into the home we bought, we had an issue with the plumbing as it was new construction. Eric came to our house late that night after a morning closing to go check on things in the attic in a suit and white shirt. As long as Eric is a realtor, there will be no other. We have referred him to our friends and family.
