Eric Sigismondi

Eric was so helpful during the entire process. He was communicative and helped in more ways than I thought an agent would. He explained things to my husband and I in a way that we were able to understand. He helped us find the perfect home and made the whole process smoother than I could have ever imagined.

If you need an agent who knows the market and will get your property sold quickly, Eric Sigismondi is your realtor. We had multiple offers on the house within one week and ultimately sold it for the asking price. But Eric goes way beyond just selling your property quickly. He has an incredible amount of knowledge about all things regarding homes and is ready to get his hands dirty to help in whatever way he can. He is patient answering the hundreds of questions that come up and has a tremendous sense of humor that helps reduce the stress of the whole process. He handled more than his share of the hundreds of details that pop up – especially since I was out of state the last few months of the process. Selling a home is inherently stressful, but our situation was more challenging as I was moving my elderly father out of state and having to clean out my parents home. Eric virtually held my hand as I went through the process of down-sizing and packing up a lifetime of memories. Every call for help was answered with solutions and humor. I could not have asked for a more helpful, generous, and accomplished realtor. Throughout the process, I knew Eric was on my side and was always working to do the best he could for me. In short, Eric Sigismondi is a fabulous realtor and I have no hesitation giving him the highest recommendation possible.

Eric was informative and to the point. Knew the market very well. Gave me pointers on the different offers and market in my area. He is really good negotiator always trying to get the best value. Always kept me up to date on what was happening. Just an excellent Realtor.

Working with Eric was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. His professionalism, deep market knowledge and genuine care made the entire Home buying process, smooth and stress-free.

Eric was easy to work with. His knowledge and experience made the selling process easy. Thank you for a great job!

Eric was awesome during our home buying experience. He communicated very well throughout the process with us and worked with our hectic schedule to show us the houses we were interested in seeing. We also believe that we were able to get the house we wanted because he went to bat for us when our offer was submitted since there were many other offers on the house. God blessed us with Eric and we highly recommend working with him!
