For 35 years, Eric Schneider led K-12 education in Minneapolis, Napa (CA), Osseo, Minnetonka, and Shakopee before transitioning to real estate with Fazendin. Eric's leadership experience and dedication to public service translate seamlessly into his real estate career, where he delivers professionalism, personalized service, and high-touch support. A longtime resident of South Minneapolis, Edina, and Chanhassen, Eric has deep firsthand knowledge of the Twin Cities housing market, especially the south and west metro. Eric's background in public education gives him a unique advantage in helping clients assess one of the most critical factors in home buying—the quality of local schools. Now empty-nesters with two sons in college, Eric and his wife Juliette recently navigated the challenges of downsizing for their next chapter. Juliette grew up in Paris (FR) and has taught French at Eden Prairie HS for the past 12 years. An avid cyclist, Eric logged over 8,000 miles last year. He also chairs the Fundraising Committee for the U of M Men's Crew, where he was a national award-winning competitor while earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Eric and Juliette have been married for 29 years, and they absolutely love the welcoming atmosphere, affordable living, and excellent schools that make the Twin Cities such a special place to call home. Eric brings his leadership and innovation skills to real estate, drawing from his experience launching programs like Minnetonka's VANTAGE program and Tonka Online. With a career built on strategic thinking and problem-solving, Eric now applies these skills to helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes.
