Eric did a great job making the process smooth and painless. Not doing this everyday, all the forms and money discussions going around can make it very intimidating. Multiple times Eric would come and do personal visits to help explain what is happening and make sure our best interest was taken in consideration. He would go out of his way to get the houses we wanted to view and would work with whatever ridiculous requests we had. Great attitude and personality and very easy going.

Incredibly professional. Eric Sandusky helped me purchase a home and the whole process was great. Eric was patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the area I was looking to buy. I was extremely happy with him as my realtor and will surely use him again in the future. Thank you, Jeff Baylor

Eric helped us sell our condo and buy our first home. He was fantastic in explaining the process and his marketing efforts enabled us to sell our condo quickly and for top dollar. Eric was always easy to get a hold of and great about being flexible to take us out to see properties. Since then, we are thinking about buying an investment property and Eric's knowledge of the rental market means we will be using his services again in the near future.

Eric was really helpful. He understood our needs and listened to what we were looking for. We have always felt like Eric was advocating for us and never just for the sale.

Eric was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He sold our house in days and found us a knew home that met all our needs, at a great price. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Eric has helped us buy 3 houses and sell 2. Now we are in our "forever" home. The first 2 homes were older. I really appreciated that Eric knew potential issues to look for and caught things that i wouldn't have ever noticed.. (until it was too late!) He is a fantastic adviser to his clients. I also appreciated his sense of urgency. He did a great job of keeping us updated and always went above and beyond. He is a skilled negotiator and made it possible for us to now be in our dream home.

Eric was patient and knowledgeable during both of my home buying experiences. He always answered all of my questions, and truly wanted to help me find the perfect house. I highly recommend him!
