Eric did a great job making the process smooth and painless. Not doing this everyday, all the forms and money discussions going around can make it very intimidating. Multiple times Eric would come and do personal visits to help explain what is happening and make sure our best interest was taken in consideration. He would go out of his way to get the houses we wanted to view and would work with whatever ridiculous requests we had. Great attitude and personality and very easy going.
