We had an amazing experience in selling and purchasing one of the biggest investments of our life thanks to Eric Redlinger. We did a lot of research on reputable and successful real estate agents who had sold homes in the area of our last house. Eric was wonderful to work with putting our home on all of the widely used websites for buying and selling homes, utilizing social media, video tours, print, Facebook, doing open houses. Everyone knew our home was for sale and he got it sold quickly! He was great with communicating with our lender/bank on top of educating us as sellers and most importantly listening and communicating with us regularly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience especially at the time we were selling our home and the out of the ordinary situation we were dealing with. When it came time to purchasing a new home, we could not have imagined using anyone but Eric. That experience was just as wonderful. Eric listened to all of our must haves and requests and did great trying to find homes that fit our criteria. I was definetely the more picky one wanting the perfect home and Eric was great about listening to me but also really good about bringing me back to reality as to what that perfect home actually would look like in our price range. Being the type to do a lot of online research prior to making large purchases Eric definitely catered to that. It was great having an agent that was great at communicating with us but more importantly listen to our wants and needs to helping us find the perfect home for our family. Eric Redlinger is the best! I tell everyone and I am now telling you.
