Knowledge and Understanding
I highly recommend Eric as an agent for the two main characteristics I look for in a Real Estate agent. Seriously, nobody really enjoys buying or selling a home. We like the results, but the process is not really very fun. And it can be tedious, arduous and sometimes confusing. I want someone who is knowledgeable about all the things I’m not, or at least the ones I’m not sure of. And I want someone that understands my situation and how I feel about various parts of the transaction. They are my representative, so I need them to understand me and what I want. Eric is very good about both of these, and makes an often stressful situation less stressful.
