I recently (July, 2020) sold my townhouse in Talent, OR through Eric and his firm. He was very pleasant to work with and the fact that I lived a long ways away (Wisconsin) and was doing everything remotely was not a problem. Communication by phone, text, and email was excellent. Advice was sound and the marketing was apparently exceptional: On the first day the property was available, there were 5 showings and 2 offers. A third offer came in the next day. The property sold for slightly over the listing price. I had to invest some money to fix the place up for marketing but more than made that up in the increased sales price. So I am happy to recommend Eric to others in this area.
