I had my mind set on using another agent but wanted to interview one more. Very glad I took that next step! Eric was miles ahead of the competition with his knowledge of the current market values as well as his display of confidence and people skills. Within minutes I knew he was the person I wanted representing me as the seller. As a custom home builder of nearOy 40 years, I know a lot about certain items of importance when selling a home however Eric added some very sensible suggestions which I followed and it payed off big time. Not only did he have buyers lined up with generous offers, it happened almost immediately. The only other comment I can give is that everything from signing of our contract to and through the closing process went extremely smoothly.
