Eric took the time to help us decide on what we needed in a new home, find the right one and made sure we were satisfied. We are from out of state and made a number of trips in our search for a new home in Florida. He did this by showing us many properties so we could make up our own minds. Never once doubted that Eric's priority was our satisfaction, not his compensation. Our confidence in his ability to execute the entire buying process on our behalf was proven out.
