I should add that this was a sale due to divorce and Eric handled a challenging situation remarkably well. He was professional and communicated with both my ex-husband and I completely so that we were both getting the same information. Just recently, when I was ready to buy another home, Eric got one text from me and the next thing I know, I have comps to look at, information about the property and I was signing a purchase offer for a city living home of my dreams!
