3 days ago we closed on our home of 28 years in Tully, NY which had been listed and sold by Eric. There aren’t enough stars available to measure the complete satisfaction that we hold for Eric. Eric was an incredible help to my husband and me! I am sure that many people approach the idea of a salesman with a less that positive view; we have to admit that Eric changed all that for us! He was so patient from beginning to end. Never once did we feel like we were asking too many questions, he would respond almost immediately every single time! He also never pressured us nor made us feel like we had taken too much of his time even when, frankly, we knew we were. His real estate expertise was also so comforting, we never felt like we were misguided or uninformed. We also should note that it took us a very long time to find our perfect new home but he stuck with us throughout so many showings which were clouded by COVID procedures as well. Regardless, he knew what we were looking to buy and when we looked at homes that just didn't have what we needed, he would quickly agree and we would move on, never feeling like we were wasting his time. We were new first time parents as well so Eric even more patient with the baby's nap scheduling, helping us plan showings around the baby's needs, don't know many people who would do that. Eric also sold our old house; he made that whole process unbelievably easy and fast. Frankly, we could not imagine this entire journey without Eric! We have already and will continue to highly recommend Eric to anyone buying or selling a home, you will not be disappointed!

The title says it all and Eric did that. A lot of realtors don’t put the time and effort into giving input on getting the home ready to sell, staging, and making the home virtually available. Homes usually sell before the people show up to see it. Media is paramount. Being a bit of a “Zillow addict”, I laugh at how poorly many realtors represent their clients homes. Eric makes sure the pictures of the house are as perfect as they can be. He has fantastic experience and artistic ability using new technology such as 3D home rendering and drone use. Take a look at the home on Zillow or something for true proof. Eric has been a consummate professional. He usually answered the phone immediately or responded to texts the same way. He kept us informed of all details throughout the whole process. I’ve owned several homes in 2 states over the years and I can confidently say Eric has been a realtor you shouldn’t pass on. He sells houses. Oh and on the other side, he was also our buying agent for our current house and performed just as flawlessly.
