Working with Eric was such an excellent experience! We looked for over 7 months for our home I went from being pregnant to very pregnant and hormonal during this time and Eric was so very patient with us because I wouldn’t settle for anything but the perfect fit for our literally growing family. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. For my husband this is the second home he purchases with Eric‘s help and soon we will be looking to purchase our 2nd rental and we will definitely be calling Eric for his professional expertise.
