Dedicated professional, works hard to obtain the best possible offer

Lynn worked closely with us to sell our property and did and excellent job of evaluating the proposals we received. Despite the withdrawal of two separate offers, Lynn continued to aggressively market the property until we received a bid that was in line with our expectations. Professional, extremely knowledgeable of the market environment, Lynn was always available for questions, concerns and support. Would recommend her for anyone wishing to buy or sell a home on the Peninsula.

Very helpful

Lynn was very helpful in getting our house sold. I don't live in the area so Lynn took care of getting many things fixed or updated in our house - painting, carpets, roof and other miscellaneous updates along with things from the home inspection from the seller. She even raked and bagged leaves.

Working with Eric was such an excellent...

Working with Eric was such an excellent experience! We looked for over 7 months for our home I went from being pregnant to very pregnant and hormonal during this time and Eric was so very patient with us because I wouldn’t settle for anything but the perfect fit for our literally growing family. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. For my husband this is the second home he purchases with Eric‘s help and soon we will be looking to purchase our 2nd rental and we will definitely be calling Eric for his professional expertise. To anyone looking for an outstanding trustworthy Realtor this is your guy!

I was referred to Justin by a good friend who had Justin as her Realtor. She was very impressed as was I. Justin had great local knowledge of our area. We were able to sell our home quickly with his help. He is friendly, professional and just an all around great guy. I would definitely recommend Justin to anyone who needed a skilled realtor.

Justin was professional, helpful, and easy to...

Justin was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He came over the day we called him prepared with a folder of information about our house and neighboring houses for sale and recently sold. He walked us through the process step by step, had recommendations for contractors, and ultimately made selling our house so easy and low stress. We had an offer on the house before listing, the day of we got 4 or 5 more offers, closed on time. He answers phone calls and texts immediately and answered any dumb question I had with patience. I cannot recommend Justin enough!
