There are not enough words for how thankful I am for The Loan Team, they are responsive with all communications, including the connection with the lenders and title companies. Eric helped me find the perfect first home 3.5 years ago with down payment and closing cost grants, leaving me with only a couple thousand to pay out of pocket. Fast forward to todays time and both Eric and Sarah helped me sell that same home for asking price and concessions and the timeframe with pre approval to buy a new home, preparing my house to take pictures, listing and having an open house AND accepting an offer PLUS having an offer accepted on my new home was all within a WEEK, a single week! The time crunch we were under due to new laws regarding interest rates made the stress inevitable but The Loan Team made the entire process as seamless as possible.
