Eric loan should not be trusted.he cost me a lot of money. He straight up lied to me. And didn't disclose facts to a buyer and they found out after signing all the paperwork and backed out. I didn't get earnest money. After learning that,if you put a new trailer on a lot in Apache junction you have to connect to the city sewer. If you had septic tank. and it is quite expensive. I was told from the start he could get 120 k easily I had to settle for 115.i asked him to not tell my x anything. it was none of her business I was told by the judge I was in charge of selling. He went behind my back.i should have fired him.insted I agreed to let him be special commissioner. I found out he had no experience had never been one before.and to make a long story short he cost me thousands out of pocket.because he told me I needed to repair the septic to pass inspection.that cost a lot the pipe had collapsed.then found out it was going to be buried or dug up .and he listed my property with electric heat.i had gas heat gas water heater,dryer,stove.i had him change when I noticed 2 months later I possibly could have gotten fair market value of 130 k.i ended up getting 115 and was made to accept it.he is only interested in getting as much one way or another and doesn't give a crap about you.after the sell he left me miles away.i had to get Uber said he forgot.and he told me I didn't need to clean or scrap anything then told me after it was sold that I had to hurry up,hire movers.more money. Sale yourself through title agency and quick deed.I was taken for a ride that cost me thousands of dollars n had to go to court again. with x wife he appears to be very nice.dont trust him n check your listings close. Eric is great! We knew very little about the home-buying process and general in he spent a lot of time explaining things to us as simply as possible. He was not frustrated when we backed out of a deal; he is solely interested in making sure his clients are happy with their home. He is very responsive and eventually helped us purchase an amazing home. Sarah was very helpful as well! She helped us sign all of the required forms for our offers and sent them over in a very timely fashion. The forms she sent us electronically saved us tons of time rather than having to sign them in-person. I would highly recommend their services!
