Eric was always accessible during all aspects of our purchase, from looking at homes, placing offers, and the negotiating the the terms on our final purchase. Rarely did Eric not answer our calls and when he didn’t, he called back in a very short period of time. We were very comfortable around Eric and felt like we gained a friend.
