Eric and his team (especially Lorena! she's an angel!) are excellent. They were very available, responsive, and hard-working, and understood our needs regarding the sale of the home. They are also highly ethical, and extremely honest and trustworthy. The whole process of receiving and accepting offers was digital and simple to do. I'd definitely work with Eric and his team again.

Eric was an awesome realtor to deal with. I was selling my father's house (the house I grew up in) after his death. It was a very emotional time for me and Eric was very helpful. The buyers were a nightmare from start to finish. They were non-responsive at times and very demanding for a house that was being sold as is. Eric was very patient and many times when I wanted to just give up with them, he kept my sanity in check. We first met Eric during the peak of Covid-19, around April of 2020. Eric took the time to schedule multiple house tours every weekend and was able to show us multiple houses even with the pandemic. After many nights of back and forth texts, we finally found a house that we were interested in, and Eric got us an appointment the next morning! Eric is always communicating new listings, problems he sees with houses, and helps to put himself in the sellers shoes to understand what they are looking for.

We had lived in our house for more than 40 years which made it difficult for us to sell and leave all of the memories and all of the “stuff”. In addition to that we did not know where to start. We called the Kiamie Agency because it was local and we were lucky to get Eric who not only sold our house within a week, but walked us through the whole process.
