Eric listed the property for us, after walking us through all of the steps and we got an acceptable offer within a week. He then helped us step on all of the bases in order to get the property to closing. (The Buyer provided a 40 point punch list of improvements he wanted us to make, and Eric helped us understand what was required and what was on the Buyers "wish list". We made the required improvements and negotiated the elective ones with Eric's help and the Closing occurred with a reasonable time frame.
