I had an emergency situation with my mother and needed a group to handle all of the details at her home sale. I lived in AZ and my mother's house was located in Henderson, NV. The Rooftop team cleared the house, sold/gave away items, coordinated maintenance, arranged for repairs/painting, and also dealt with the final sale of the home. Eric is the best agent you will have in Las Vegas! He would move mountains to get the deal. He is honest in his dealings. We needed help to move, Eric was at our door from 3pm to midnight to help and came back the day after to get furniture. He will treat you like his best friend, it’s just the way he is. Eric helped me to sell a property on behalf of my father, who was unable to participate himself due to health issues. It was an inherited property that none of us had ever even seen before. We had no clue what shape it was in, and we all lived halfway across the country from it. I had no idea where to start and Eric helped to guide me & my family through every step of the process. During the process, my dad's health took a turn for the worse, sending me into a tailspin as I tried to balance everything from day to day. Throughout, Eric and his team were incredibly patient with me, sending me reminders about documents that needed to be signed, available to chat whenever I needed etc. Eric even joined a call with my father (who has extreme dysarthria) and was extremely kind and patient as my dad typed out his questions and concerns on his communicator tablet. I am so grateful to them for helping keep the whole process on track, as I certainly could not have kept on top of it without them! Eric fielded several offers and found us a buyer with a very fair offer. The closing process was extremely smooth - the team even scheduled a mobile notary to come to me so that I could sign everything - I didn't even have to leave work!
