With the added need for a realtor experienced in probate, we required someone who knows this process well, not only because of its nature, but also because we live over 900 miles away from the property and could not be locally present. Shoot, we happened to be camping in western Montana, where we live, and unusually had cell/internet service available. Eric was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the market and what would bring in the best opportunity to sell the home. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions as they came up and was able to help with some of the repairs that were needed on the inspection report. He helped us understand the market and what to expect when the home was being showed. One thing that we felt could have been better was quicker response to some of our questions that came up that we needed answers to quickly, but for the most part, the communication was great. We would recommend Eric to others considering selling their home. He will get it sold!
