Eric was a HUGE asset to us as we searched for our home. My husband and I had been looking since the start of the year, but Eric made sure to go above and beyond for us as soon as we connected with him in July/August. He was extremely knowledgeable in not only real estate in general, but also the home he found for us to look into. He made sure to look out for us in all the paperwork, and took time to explain everything to us since we were first time home-buyers. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful for Eric and the effort he put in to help us find our new home!
