He negotiated offers on multiple homes before helping us close on our successful purchase. For our purchase, Eric's specific closing terms helped us get a property despite the presence of multiple other offers. After the move, Eric continues to help with recommendations for home improvements. We now consider him a family friend and we will likely work with him again in the future.
