Eric Hayman

Eric and his team went above and beyond for us during our SoCal house hunt these past two years. It was an extreme market for sellers and we had specific needs and price range, so Eric willingly showed us numerous properties over several months. He was patient, responsive, and detailed each time we met with him. He met with us anytime and day of the week. He negotiated offers on multiple homes before helping us close on our successful purchase. For our purchase, Eric's specific closing terms helped us get a property despite the presence of multiple other offers. After the move, Eric continues to help with recommendations for home improvements. We now consider him a family friend and we will likely work with him again in the future.

I was fortunate to meet Eric while house hunting in the OC using Zillow. He went above and beyond to work with me on finding a place that fit my needs. Both he and his colleague Keith set up several home tours for me, spanning several months until we found the right one for me. He did a great job working with the seller and I'm completely happy with the purchase. BTW, he and Keith did such a great job, that I also had them sell my condo 7 months later. He guided me on what repairs and updates I would need to get the most from the sale. It sold in a few days at price higher than anticipated. I would certainly use his expertise and services again in the future, as he really knows many of the real estate agents in the area and I think thats instrumental when negotiating terms with the other party.
