Eric was the listing agent for a home we bought. We liked him so much in fact, we chose him to list our own home afterwards. His attention to detail each step of the way was invaluable to us. Things we would have missed if we tried to handle each transaction ourselves could have been very costly. Eric was able to coach us on the details of the process and made each experience very smooth for my wife and I. Although we are very particular and detail oriented, Eric was able to surpass our expectations. We would recommend him highly.
