Eric is the agent you want. We connected right away and it was like we were old friends right from the start. He actually listened to me and didn't try to upsell me at all. He gave me his honest opinion on the places he visited for me and coached me on making the right offers. I am an out-of-state buyer so it was all virtual and based on the coordination it takes to view a home remotely he was always on time and pleasant to work with. I can't tell you how many times I was calling and texting him to ask questions and check out new places I found and he was always very gracious and responsive. You will be in great, gentle hands with Eric!
Eric was always very quick to respond to all questions, as well as requests to see any houses that we wanted to take a look at. He would arrange all the viewings and make it as easy as possible to see them all one after the other. He was also very knowledgeable for selling our home and was able to help us sell for well over the asking price. All around a very good guy and made our time buying and selling our homes very easy.
