Eric has been our property manager for about a dozen properties for us for about 10 years. He has always done an excellent t job for us as owners and for our tenants. It is a difficult balance that he manages masterfully! With our decision to leave California, Eric has handled the tenant issues and our sales with finesse and complete command over the process to get the sales closed. As the owner of properties in various States, we have dealt with other property managers and I confidently say that Eric IS the best at this thankless, but ever so important, job.
