Eric has been our property manager for about a dozen properties for us for about 10 years. He has always done an excellent t job for us as owners and for our tenants. It is a difficult balance that he manages masterfully! With our decision to leave California, Eric has handled the tenant issues and our sales with finesse and complete command over the process to get the sales closed.
