Eric did a GREAT job! In this current market, we were having extreme difficulty purchasing a home. Eric went to bat for us with the Seller and we were able to negotiate a deal to buy! It was my first home purchase and I bugged him incessantly with questions! He was ALWAYS friendly, responsive, professional and quick to get answers. Working with Eric was a pleasure and we LOVE our new Home!!
