Professional, responsive, friendly!!

Eric did a GREAT job! In this current market, we were having extreme difficulty purchasing a home. Eric went to bat for us with the Seller and we were able to negotiate a deal to buy! It was my first home purchase and I bugged him incessantly with questions! He was ALWAYS friendly, responsive, professional and quick to get answers. Working with Eric was a pleasure and we LOVE our new Home!!

Eric gave us the price that he thought he could get for us and he came within $1,500.00 of it. We wanted to get the home sold in a hurry and he got us a fair offer in a matter of days. We wanted to move up the closing and he accomplished that as well. I would not hesitate to use him again if the situation arises.
