Eric was great. I've dealt with several good real-estate agents in my past experiences and Eric was absolutely great. There was a lot of communication and if I texted him, it would be returned in 10 minutes or less. He answered his phone every time I called him except once. I left a message and again he returned the call in less than 10 minutes. To me that was very professional. The way he presented the various offers and explained the pros and cons of each one was amazing. No other agent I've dealt with presented offers like that in such an understandable way. He took great pics and I loved the wording he used in the listing to describe everything. His suggested sale price was spot on. He ended up getting me much more than the listing price.

We have had a great experience with the entire process. This is the first time for us buying a home. Eric has been more than helpful answering our questions and taking care of any concerns we had. It has been an all around wonderful experience.
